LOCAL MARKETING, EXPLAINED
How JobEcho is being built for your business, your crew, and your local visibility.
Ask our team a question ↗JobEcho is a local marketing platform in development for HVAC companies, moving companies, countertop and cabinet installers, and other service businesses. The planned workflow turns crew-submitted job details into polished content for your website and Google Business Profile. It connects completed work, local experience, and clear inquiry opportunities. Invited businesses can sign in, share crew links, submit jobs, edit their stories, and contact support. Google publishing requires a connected and authorized business profile.
Your crew supplies a photo, rough notes about the work, the job address, and an internal client name. The planned content engine will use those details to create clear project descriptions with relevant services and local context. The goal is useful, specific writing—not repetitive keywords or invented claims. You will be able to review and edit content before it represents your business.
Google Business Profile publishing is planned, but it is not connected in this preview. It will require your business authorization, an eligible profile, and the necessary integration access. We will confirm what is supported during onboarding. Google controls its own policies and availability; publishing updates does not guarantee higher map rankings.
Each invited business receives a designated submission link and QR code tied to its account. Share the link in your team chat or place the QR code in a work vehicle, at the office, or on a job sheet. Staff will open the mobile page, add the photo and basic job details, and submit. The crew intake engine is not active yet; the phone on this page demonstrates the intended experience.
The planned map will use submitted job addresses to place approved projects in the appropriate area. Visitors will be able to connect your work with the neighborhoods you serve. Public locations can be limited to a city or neighborhood rather than an exact customer address. The animated map on this page is an example, not live customer data or evidence of Google ranking coverage.
Yes—those are the initial industries we are designing for. HVAC teams can showcase repairs and installations; movers can highlight the care behind completed moves; countertop and cabinet installers can show craftsmanship and finished spaces. Other local service businesses can inquire as well. Early-access fit depends on your workflow and the integrations available at launch.
A branded website gallery and project map are part of the planned service. We will review your website platform, layout, and publishing permissions before confirming implementation. You should not need a complete website redesign simply to showcase your projects, but compatibility and installation requirements must be confirmed for your site.
Owner review and editing are part of the planned workflow. Client names are intended for internal records, and public locations can use a broader area. Your business must have permission to use photos and customer-related details. Before publishing, review content for accuracy and remove identifying information that should not be shared.
The goal is a simple crew link or QR code and a short submission flow, with no marketing writing experience required. Early-access onboarding will cover your business details, website setup, staff workflow, and any supported Google connection. We will confirm the steps for your company rather than promise a universal setup time.
Crew Spotlight is a planned optional feature for reviewing submissions by team member and nominating a monthly standout. Your business chooses the criteria and provides any reward, such as a gift card, team lunch, or recognition. We recommend rewarding useful detail, consistency, and quality—not just the number of submissions.
Proposed launch pricing is $99/month for Starter and $179/month for Growth, with custom multi-location plans. Features, limits and final prices will be confirmed before enrollment. Compare the proposed plans or inquire about early access. No payment is required now; Stripe billing is not connected yet.
No. JobEcho is being designed to help you present credible local work and give visitors a clear path to contact you. Rankings, inquiries, and sales also depend on demand, competition, reviews, your website, and how you respond to prospects. Once the service is active, results should be evaluated using actual inquiries and business outcomes—not the number of map pins alone.
